In a mesmerizing blend of tradition and festivity, the Saputara Vacation Festival 2025 kicked off with a grand inauguration ceremony 

The highlight of the festival was the ceremonial *deep pragaty* (lamp-lighting), a poignant ritual symbolizing prosperity and enlightenment. Dignitaries including the esteemed District Collector, Superintendent of Police, District Development Officer, and the Secretary of the Hotel Owners Association, along with other prominent local leaders and tourism stakeholders, came together on the vibrant festival stage. With hands joined in reverence, they kindled the diyas amid rhythmic beats of Dangi folk drums and the enchanting strains of tribal flutes, casting a warm, golden hue over the gathered crowd of tourists, locals, and performers.
